Privacy Notice

Who we are. StartSorted (“we”, “us”) provides practical business setup services for UK service businesses. For any privacy question, contact hello@startsorted.co.uk.

What we collect. When you complete the setup-fit form we collect the details you provide: your name, email, mobile number, the service your business provides, your current stage, target launch date, what's already in place, what feels unclear, your preferred level of help, and an indicative investment range. We also record that you gave consent to be contacted.

Why we collect it. We use this information to assess whether StartSorted is a good fit, to prepare for and hold your setup call, and to follow up about your enquiry. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Lawful basis. We rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you have started.

Who can see it. Your details are handled by Nathan and, where relevant, the tools we use to run the business (for example our form, email, calendar and any customer-record system). Each provider processes data on our behalf under their own terms. We keep the list of these providers current.

How long we keep it. We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of the project and a reasonable period afterwards for our records. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we remove it within a set period. [Confirm your retention period here.]

Your rights. You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@startsorted.co.uk and we'll action it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Cookies

At launch, StartSorted uses only the cookies needed to run the site and, where enabled, privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages help visitors. We don't add advertising or tracking pixels unless and until they're actually used, and where consent is required we'll ask for it before any non-essential cookie is set. Terms

These terms cover use of this website and the enquiry process. Any project StartSorted delivers is governed by the specific written proposal and agreement you accept — that document takes precedence over anything on this page.

• The setup call is a short, no-obligation conversation to establish fit and the likely route.
• Scope, responsibilities, timings, price and payment schedule are confirmed in a fixed proposal before any work begins.
• We make no guarantee of specific revenue, bookings, rankings or business outcomes. StartSorted builds and tests the setup; it does not manufacture demand.
• Content and examples on this site are for information only and may change.

Cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel a setup call at any time before it takes place — just reply to your confirmation. Cancellation and refund terms for a paid project are set out in your proposal and agreement, including any deposit and the notice required to reschedule project work. StartSorted aims to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across this site — including logical headings, labelled form fields, visible keyboard focus, sufficient colour contrast and support for reduced-motion settings.
