Ways to work together

One result. Three levels of help.

Whichever route fits, the outcome is the same — a clearer, more workable business setup. What changes is how much we build with you, and how much we build for you.

The three routes

Start where you are.

You don't need to pick the right package now. The setup call decides which route fits — and every project is confirmed in a fixed proposal before you commit.

Committed · fundamentals unclear

Sort My Start

Best for owners whose fundamentals are unclear or disconnected and who need the commercial decisions made first.

Mostly done with you

What changes: a commercially coherent starting setup you can act on.

  • Offer and pricing decisions
  • Booking and payment approach
  • Essential policies
  • A basic, joined-up customer journey
  • An ordered action plan
Committed · needs it builtComplete setup

StartSorted Setup

Best for owners who know roughly what's needed but can't assemble it all well on their own.

Mostly done for you

What changes: the working setup is built, connected and tested.

  • Brand essentials
  • Customer-facing pages
  • Enquiry, booking and payment flow
  • Messages and documents
  • Credibility foundations and handover
Setup exists · needs a launch

Launch & Grow

Best for owners whose setup exists but who need a controlled route into the market.

Done with you, launched together

What changes: a practical launch with a first repeatable route to customers.

  • Launch plan
  • 30-day launch content sprint
  • Google profile, reviews and referrals
  • Launch monitoring
  • Early iteration

Credibility, systems and growth support can be included when the agreed setup genuinely requires them.

Done for you, or with you

Honest about who does what.

Some of a setup can be built for you. Some of it is decisions only you can make — and pretending otherwise is how projects stall. Your proposal states clearly where each responsibility sits.

We build for you

  • Customer-facing pages and the booking, enquiry and payment flow
  • Messages, confirmations and documents, written once and reused
  • Brand essentials and credibility foundations
  • The end-to-end test before anything goes live

We decide with you

  • Your offer, and who it's really for
  • Prices, deposits and the rules around them
  • Policies, boundaries and how you want to work
  • Which launch route you're willing to commit to

Scope, honestly

What we don't sell separately.

StartSorted doesn't sell a standalone logo, a one-off website or a social media package as commodities. Not because those things don't matter, but because an asset on its own rarely fixes why a business isn't converting. The setup is the product; the design serves it.

If, after a short call, it's clear you genuinely only need one asset, we'll say so and point you to a better-suited option rather than sell you a project you don't need.

On pricing: because every setup is different, pricing is confirmed in a fixed proposal after the setup call — covering scope, responsibilities, timing and price.

Not sure which route fits?

That's exactly what the setup call is for. Tell us where the setup stands and we'll point you to the right starting point — with no obligation.
